WordPress Website Not In Main Directory In Home Instead
WordPress is unquestionably the world’s most popular blogging tool. However, it’s quite possible that your wordpress-based website is not thriving where you might expect it to be. Specifically, your blog posts may not be showing up in the list of recent posts section of your site. If this sounds like you, then there’s a good chance that you’re displaying the root cause of the problem inside your wp-config.php file.
Root Cause
When visitors arrive at your site, they’ll see a landing page that directs them to either register for free or sign in with their social media accounts. If they’ve previously contributed to your blog (blogger role), then they’ll be greeted by a list of the latest posts. In the case of a free account, they’ll see a short snippet of text linking them to the blog posts.
Inside your wp-config.php file, you’ll see a PHP warning regarding the max_size option (a directive that limits the size of uploaded files). Your server may be running low on the available disk space, because WordPress typically stores a large amount of content in the form of posts, images, and other media. If you believe that this might be the cause of the problem (the web server is running out of space because there’s too much content), then you might need to adjust this setting.
